Giant Muffin Pan Baking Help!? - large cupcake pan
I bought a huge oven muffin (Makes 6 muffins extra large). I would like tonight to cake, but I'm not sure how long to cook for them ... Has anyone used this type of bread with good results?

Yes, it could take longer. Muffins bake, 20 minutes, then check with a toothpick. If you leave wet, then simmer for 2-3 minutes. Then check again. Maintain control until a toothpick comes out clean.
