There are many Chinese herbs that are excellent for depression. I have some myself, and it worked perfectly. I also saw many other treatments for depression with acupuncture and herbs, with very good results. the only thing that is in Chinese medicine work can not simply say: "With this facility for this condition. You need a acupucnturist / herbal recipe for a tailor-made for you. I believe that therapy is as important as medication for depression . chance.

You should do a blood test if you are not already secure, in order, your thyroid works well, and if not, can mimic depression and feel rough.

Overcome in relation to food and vitamins to depression - the chocolate really helps! I know this seems simple, but the search for a type of chocolate that you really like and eat a little every day, but not really mind.

Try a pill made up of several vitamins and minerals, although it may take some time to take effect.

You can also check your iron levels, whether you are a bit anemic. But not only supplement a beginning of the intake of iron, preserve, first medical aid.

This is a growing problem in the psychology / psychiatry industry today. Some will not take effect for some people. Unfortunately, if there is an imbalance of serotonin is not easy to win "natural." Often, however, you can try St. John's Wort, or vitamin B-12. B-12 is not in the mood, is an energy booster, but if you're depressed, you know that the energy of one of the most terrible things about him. You can always improve food intake and exercising more. They also raise the spirits. Good luck.

There is no psychiatrist, currently with several servings a week salmon. Please stay away from junk proceesed and refined sugar. Whole grains, whole foods and many proteins are good, typical American junk processed food is bad. My wife is about to start medical school, specializing in nutrition and its relation to mental health. Today, doctors at this point, the country has virtually no significance in the nutrition and diet, especially if it is to the mental health simply ridiculous. Do not abandon a friend, if nothing else, as smoke from a large joints, eat some good, start the grill and throw a few salmon fillets in the computer and you will enjoy whiskey and coke, and the life ...

Talk to your doctor. If it's about money, have Walmart or target list of discounted drugs. Check the doc, if you see something on the list.

Imagine taking a pill a day and not feel the fog, the veil of depression.

There are many new drugs on the market. Many side effects, or hardly at all. Millions of people suffer from depression and they will tell .... Receive medication.

Do not let the life horror films or anything you think you do not do something. Get a real MD You can try the vitamins, but look onhealth.com medicinenet.com or take from them. Some suppliments cancer, certain medications, the other does not work at all. Just because it OTC does not mean that either .. sure, just because it obviously does not mean it is safe.

Do not take a daily vitamin. Generic so fine.

Do it like amazon.com and read whatever you decide to take, too. Scroll down the page and read comments from real users. Do not you think they are not a few passages back and forthM People Sales.

Pray. It is good for you.
